I have text Lou to ask if it is ok to put matty's pic on here, and she said that she didnt mind, she wants people who didnt know him to know him and for people that did know him to remember him. She said that his funeral was the best send off anyone could have asked for, he had a police escort and a horse and carriage. The service was beautiful, and there ws lots of tears. Birkenhead stood still!!

God saw that you were getting tired,
and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arm around you,
and whispered 'Come with me'.
With tear filled eyes they watched,
you suffer and fade away.
Although they loved you deeply,
they could not make you stay.
A golden heart has stopped beating,
playful hands are put to rest.
God broke their hearts to prove to them,
HE ONLY TAKES THE BEST.
